OPEN CALL – Get down to business

Subjective Values Foundation launches a comprehensive project, called ’Get down to business’ – Program for talented immigrants of enterprising spirit. The project aims at helping immigrants of third countries accomplish their plans of establishing enterprises, and by this, advancing their integration and access to the Hungarian labour market.

Immigrants’ access to the Hungarian labour market is not only hardened by the economic crisis but by the lack of knowledge of local facilities. Participants of the project are going to get a clear picture of the Hungarian market conditions: how they can accommodate to it, how they can find the potentials of different cultures.

The project is opened for those young immigrants living in Hungary, who are full of specific ideas and want to start their own businesses of any kind.

The 25 most talented applicants will be selected. After selection, they will have the possibility to take part in a workshop, where they will acquire the necessary and basic business skills and knowledge. This is the precondition of becoming operators on the labour market in the longer term. In addition, participants will be able to create the image of their activities and to prepare their own product samples. Their work will be encouraged from the very beginning; form creating the idea until putting it into practice. 100 000 HUF initial capital will be given to the young immigrants, but they will also have the opportunity to present their products at festivals and fairs. By the end of the program, 25 business plans – 25 realistic visions of future will be created, which will ensure the setting up of new businesses and opportunities for creating new workplaces.

If you have made up your mind and determined to start a business, but you did not know how to carry out your plans, do not hesitate to contact us! Bring your ideas and courage, and we will give you the necessary help and possibilities in order to make your plans come true!
